Participation in Oncohubcampus is free of charge.

Who can participate in Oncohubcampus?

Participation in the school is open to doctors under the age of 35.

Participants - doctors in the specialties: clinical oncology, oncology surgery, pediatric hematology, pediatric hematology-oncology, gynecological oncology, pathological anatomy, radiation therapy, radiology, oncourology, radiological diagnostics, onconeurosurgery, nuclear medicine, oncoophthalmology, hematology, oncologyotorhinolaryngology.

A requirement for participants is a level of proficiency in a foreign language not lower than B2.

Applicants must have a clear motivation, desire, and ideas for projects that will lead to systemic changes in oncology in the country through personal development.


Conditions for participation in Oncohubcampus:

The selection of participants for the school is based on a competitive basis.

Selected participants must be able to participate in all four educational sessions of the school.

Expenses for participation (accommodation, meals, training materials, etc.; excluding travel within the territory of Ukraine) are covered by the school and its partners.


How are participants selected?

The competitive selection process consists of 3 stages:

1st stage

Submission of applications - filling out an application form, writing an essay on the topic "My plans in the oncology field for the next 5 years," and providing a current CV or resume. These documents should be sent to the email address admin@oncohub.org.

Applications submitted after January 31, 2024, will not be considered. The information you provide in the application is confidential and will not be shared.

Within three working days after submitting the application, you will receive confirmation that your application has been received. If you do not receive confirmation after submitting the form, please write to us at admin@oncohub.org or on the Oncohub page on Facebook.


2nd stage

Processing of applications and notification of the results of the 1st stage.

After the submission of applications for participation in the school is complete, the selection committee begins reviewing the application forms. The committee's decision is collegial. Oncohub reserves the right not to provide explanations regarding the decisions made by the committee. Within a specified period, the committee selects candidates who meet the school participant criteria. After that, all applicants will be informed of the results of the 1st stage of selection.

3rd stage

Online interviews.

Candidates who have passed the 2nd stage and have been assigned a virtual interview have equal chances of admission. After conducting the interviews, the committee forms the final group of participants who will take part in the school program for the current year.

 

Selection schedule for 2024:

January 22-31 - acceptance of applications.

February 1-7 - processing of applications and selection of candidates for virtual interviews.

February 7-10 - notification of selection results for virtual interviews.

February 10-23 - virtual interviews on the Zoom platform (up to 15 minutes).

February 23-March 1 - announcement of results, formation of the school group.

School schedule in 2024:

The program consists of 4 sessions throughout the year.

First session: March 21-24, 2024 - Kyiv.

Second session: June 13-16, 2024 - Kyiv.

Third session: September 19-22, 2024 - to be specified.

Fourth session: December 19-22, 2024 - to be specified.

Each session lasts 3 days, from Thursday 2:00 PM to Saturday 7:00 PM.

What quotas are taken into account during the selection?

In order to diversify the composition of groups and give more people the opportunity to participate, we adhere to regional and gender balance - the formed group should have an equal number of men and women, as well as no less than 50% of the participants from different regions of Ukraine. No more than half of the group can be from Kyiv city and Kyiv region.

During the selection, quotas by specialty are taken into account. Representatives of various medical specialties are admitted to the school.
