The training takes place in the form of lectures, discussions, roundtables, workshops, masterclasses, and role-playing games.

Within the school, participants are provided not only with knowledge but also with the skills and tools necessary for personal development, effective teamwork, and the implementation and management of projects aimed at the systemic future development of the country's oncology. We guarantee an intensive learning experience from top speakers, each of whom is an undeniable professional in their field. Through our school, you will gain valuable connections with participants and expand your network of professional contacts.

Who Can Participate in the OncohubCAMPUS School?

Participation in the school is open to specialist physicians under the age of 35.

Participants include doctors specializing in:

  • Pediatric hematology
  • Pediatric hematology-oncology
  • Oncogynecology
  • Pathological anatomy
  • Radiation therapy
  • Radiology
  • Oncourology
  • Radiation diagnostics
  • Oncological neurosurgery
  • Nuclear medicine
  • Oncological ophthalmology
  • Hematology
  • Oncological otolaryngology

A requirement for participants is a foreign language proficiency level of at least B2.

Applicants must have clear motivation, desire, and ideas for projects that will lead to systemic changes in the country's oncology field through personal development.


Conditions for Participating in the OncohubCAMPUS School:

The selection of school participants is conducted on a competitive basis.

Selected participants must be able to attend all four training sessions of the school.

Participation costs (accommodation, meals, training, handouts, etc.; excluding travel within Ukraine) are covered by the school and its partners.


Participant Selection Process

The competitive selection process consists of three stages:

1st Stage: Submission of an Application

Applicants must:

  • Fill out the application form.
  • Write an essay on the topic "My Plans in the Oncology Field for the Next 5 Years."
  • Submit an up-to-date CV in English.
  • Provide a scanned copy of their specialist physician certificate.

Applications submitted after January 20, 2025, will not be considered.

The information provided in the application is confidential and will not be disclosed.

Applicants will receive confirmation within three working days of submitting their application. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us via email at admin@oncohub.org or through the oncoHUB Facebook page.


2nd Stage: Processing of Applications and Notification of Results

After the application period closes, the selection committee reviews the applications. The committee’s decision is collective. OncoHUB reserves the right not to provide explanations regarding the decisions made by committee members. Candidates who meet the criteria will be notified of the results.

3rd Stage: Online Interview

Candidates selected for an online interview have equal chances of admission. After the interviews, the final list of participants for the current year is formed.


2025 Selection Calendar

  • **January 8-20**: Application period
  • **January 21-31**: Processing of applications and selection of candidates for interviews
  • **February 1-4**: Notification of selection results for interviews
  • **February 5-20**: Virtual interviews on Zoom (up to 15 minutes)
  • **February 20-28**: Announcement of results and formation of the school’s group

2025 School Schedule

The program consists of four sessions throughout the year:

  • **First session**: March 20-23, 2025 – Kyiv
  • **Second session**: June 12-15, 2025 – Kyiv
  • **Third session**: September 4-7, 2025 – Kyiv
  • **Fourth session**: December 11-14, 2025 – Kyiv

Each session lasts three days, from Thursday at 14:00 until Sunday at 14:00.

Quotas Considered During the Selection Process

To diversify the group composition and provide opportunities for more people to join the program, we strive for regional and gender balance.

  • The group must have an equal number of men and women.
  • At least 50% of the participants must be from various regions of Ukraine.
  • No more than half of the group can be from Kyiv and Kyiv Oblast.

Quotas by specialization are also considered, ensuring representation from various medical specialties.
