On December 21, the Verkhovna Rada adopted a draft law on the legalization of medical cannabis

It was not an easy path, but thanks to the work of activists FOR legalization and scientists, the conducted research, the position of parliamentarians, the Government and society gradually changed.

The Medical Cannabis Act is important because it provides a legal basis for the medical use of cannabis. This allows patients who need cannabis treatment to receive it safely and legally.
