Clinical ethics for doctors: from principles to practice

The goal of this course is to familiarize participants with the key concepts of clinical ethics and demonstrate how ethical principles can assist in everyday medical practice.

The focus will be on practical situations: informed consent, discussing prognosis, conflicts with relatives, refusal of treatment, choosing between therapy options, and more.

Participants will gain tools to improve communication with patients, reduce professional burnout, and enhance the quality of oncology care through ethical sensitivity, guided by leading Ukrainian and international experts.
